The Cleft Registry and Audit NEtwork (CRANE) is a national clinical audit run by the Clinical Effectiveness Unit (CEU) of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS).

This report presents results from the prospective audit of children born with cleft lip and/or cleft palate between 2000 and 2018, in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
