Timeline and outcome data required for the CRANE 2025 Annual Report

29 June 2025: Data collection cut off for 2025 Annual Report.
November 2025: Review of report at Cleft Development Group meeting (specific date TBC).
December 2025: Publication of 2025 Annual Report (specific date TBC).

We will report 5-year outcomes for patients born in 2016 to 2018 in funnel plots.

For patients whose outcome data are available and have not previously been submitted, please submit the following information required for each birth year.

Key: “*” This information has yet to be published in Annual Reports. Nevertheless, this data should be summitted. To inform summary information provided to cleft services and Clinical Excellence Networks (CENs). The Dental CEN will provide guidance on appropriateness of inclusion of DDE at 5 years and DDE & DMFT at 10 years in future Annual Reports.
